Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Corners websites, web and desktop apps, APIs, Model Context Protocol integrations, notifications, and related services.

By creating an account, signing in, connecting a workspace, or otherwise using Corners, you agree to these Terms. If you use Corners for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

Corners is built for business and workplace collaboration. A workspace may be controlled by an employer, customer, client, or other organization, and that organization may manage users, integrations, workspace settings, workspace content, and access to connected services.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for configuring access, inviting authorized users, managing connected services, and making sure workspace use complies with these Terms and the organization's own policies.

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, tokens, devices, and sessions.

You must promptly tell us if you believe your account, workspace, device, or connected-service token has been compromised. We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect Corners, customers, users, or third parties.

You and your workspace retain ownership of content submitted to Corners, including messages, files, documents, datatables, workstreams, calendar data, meeting notes, transcripts, prompts, outputs, connector records, and related collaboration material.

You grant Corners the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, back up, analyze, and otherwise handle customer content to provide, maintain, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

You are responsible for customer content and for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, notices, and consents needed for Corners to process it.

Corners uses AI features to help summarize, search, classify, route, draft, and act on workspace content. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use.

You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it, sharing it, sending it, or using it to make decisions. Corners does not provide legal, financial, medical, employment, security, or other professional advice.

Corners may connect to third-party services such as Slack, email, calendar, document, meeting, storage, developer, project-management, or automation tools when authorized by a workspace or user.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining the accounts, permissions, and subscriptions needed for those services and for using connected-service data lawfully.

You may not use Corners to violate law, infringe rights, send spam, distribute malware, harass or harm others, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, bypass usage limits, scrape or exfiltrate data without authorization, or interfere with the security or integrity of Corners or third-party services.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Corners except as allowed by these Terms, an applicable order form, or written permission from Corners.

We work to keep Corners reliable and secure, but online services can experience downtime, data loss, errors, security events, maintenance windows, or feature changes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, infrastructure, or plans. When practical, we will provide notice for material changes that affect active customers.

Some Corners features or workspaces may require payment. If billing applies, fees, billing cadence, usage limits, renewals, taxes, and cancellation terms may be described in an order form, checkout flow, invoice, or other written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Corners may offer alpha, beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features. These features may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or be removed at any time.

You should not rely on beta or preview features for critical workflows unless you have evaluated the risk and have appropriate backup processes.

Corners and its software, designs, interfaces, models, workflows, documentation, trademarks, and service technology are owned by Corners or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use Corners under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Corners without restriction or obligation.

Corners handles personal information and workspace content as described in the Privacy Policy.

Corners is provided as available and as is, except for warranties that cannot be excluded by law or are expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

We do not warrant that Corners will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that content or AI output will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corners' total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid to Corners for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability.

You may stop using Corners at any time. Workspace owners or administrators may remove users, disconnect integrations, or close workspaces according to their authority and applicable agreements.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Corners or others, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that could cause legal, security, or operational harm.

We may update these Terms as Corners evolves. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, by email, or by updating this page with a new effective date.

Continued use of Corners after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
